Hi folks! This page was designed to support both new and experienced directors of care, executive directors, and others in leadership roles to oversee infection control and prevention (IPAC) practices within hospices. We have included relevant guidance documents and resources reflective of respiratory, gastrointestinal, and and antimicrobial infections, as well as key legislative documents that should be incorporated into policies and procedures.
For any new DOCs, EDs, or IPAC leaders, we have highlighted the main documents under each section as a starting point to support you in your orientation and understanding of your role.
