MOH Recommendations for Outbreak Prevention and Control in Institutions and Congregate Living Settings (NEW! Updated April 22, 2024)
These checklists were created by the KW4/CND IPAC Hub to support those who are providing IPAC coverage in LTCHs, RHs, and CLSs on the weekend. These recommendations are basic IPAC practices that need to be implemented if an outbreak were to be declared by ROWPHE over the weekend until support from your IPAC lead/designate/manager and/or the IPAC Hub is available on Monday or the next business day following a holiday. Please make sure you are saving the correct document for your setting because the guidance and outbreak criteria may vary across the different settings.
