To foster relationships with and strengthen our partners’ knowledge related to infection control practices within their organization. Through a collaborative approach that focuses on education, networking, and continuous support from the hubs, IPAC leads and those interested in supporting their organization will gain the confidence to improve practices and adherence to infection control procedures, to limit the spread of various infections within their organization.
Our vision is to be a central IPAC resource for the various professionals who support our Congregate Living Settings (CLS) in KW4 and CND. Alongside our regional partners, we aim to empower and inform professionals in all CLS so that they can tailor IPAC best practices to suit their needs; supporting them to build confidence and ultimately independence.
